Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and be received before September 17, 2021, to be eligible for refund. A service fee of up to $25 will be deducted to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 17, 2021.

Attendees agree to hold harmless the Toronto Ottawa Heart Summit and the Facilities for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference.
